Our items are hand-wrapped and packaged with the utmost care. We want to make sure that your items arrive to you safely. We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders of $100+ shipped anywhere in the continental US! Due to high volume of FedEx, UPS and USPS, processing and delivery delays may occur.

All orders are shipped from within the United States via UPS. Each item is hand-wrapped in biodegradable paper packaging to keep your items safe during shipment.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process non-preorder items. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the production of made-to-order pottery. Once they are processed, items will be shipped via UPS. Preorder items such as candles and match holders will ship starting December 1, 2022.

Collectible books are one of a kind and will be shipped within 5-7 days of ordering.

Bookshire is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent with tracking unless otherwise noted. After the package has left its shipping location, tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser.

All sales are final, but if your purchase arrives broken or damaged, please contact us with a picture of the damaged piece in the original packaging within 48 hours of packaging arrival. We will then be happy to issue a refund.
